Our last home game vs Werribee City, saw us lose 1-0, lets hope we can bring all 3 points again.

Our Spartan Raffle is our biggest fundraiser of the year, it is also an amazing way to come together, enjoy a delicious meal and support our club for a great night together.

What’s included
Tickets include a generous meal and open bar (beer, wine & soft drink), and entertainment for one person (+ 1 child).

We will have the FIFA Womens World Cup matches on the big screen too, so you don’t miss a minute!

Just like every grassroots sporting club, volunteers are the heart and pulse which keeps the club running. Brunswick City has been in existence for over 50 years, with the club founded in 1970. Since then, the game has changed considerably and we now have both male and female teams, with the female program growing year on year. A sporting club is a great place for young boys and girls to experience a team sport, get off the couch a few times a week, and build some long term relationships. They learn life skills which will be with them for the rest of their lives.

We have recently had our long term club president step down, after completing his duties for the last 10 years. We are looking for the next generation of custodians to show their interest and join the club committee, and even show an expression for leading the club and settings its direction for the next 5 years or longer.

We would love to hear from anyone who is interested in stepping in, having a chat with the current committee, and being open and transparent in discussing what is needed to continue the operations, the relationships with all partners we work with, and the vision you will be bringing to the club.

Brunswick City SC is hosting an adult only comedy night, with 3 stand-up comedians who are very popular on the comedy circuit.

Join us for a night of laughs.

The comedians will be doing their stand-up routines for about 30-40 mins each, and they are;

Australia Cup Round 4 – Tuesday 11th April

On Tuesday night we are hosting Chisholm United FC at CB Smith Reserve in the 4th round of the Australia Cup.

Match kicks off at 7:30pm.

Gates are open for all to enjoy cup action.

Match Report:

A very entertaining game was played between the two teams on the Tuesday night.

Brunswick City fielded a few of the U21 players, giving them their first taste of senior football, with a total of 8 players being given the opportunity. The game was played in great spirit with many chances created by both teams. After 120 minutes the game ended in a draw, with penalties being the ultimate decider to split the teams.

At half time, Chisholm was leading 2-1.

Chisholm United: 6′ M. Gerondaras, 38′ A. Ururshe Brunswick City : 27′ K. Chrisant

At full time, it was 3 -3. Chisholm United equalised in the 94′ to take the game to extra time.

Chisholm United: 94′ O. Curcio Brunswick City : 49′ T. Stragos, 60′ A. Scicluna

After extra time, it was 4 – 4.

Chisholm United: 97′ F. Kanesoulis Brunswick City : 117′ I. Narumi

After penalties, Chisholm United FC were victorious 4 – 2.

We invite players to join our junior teams for 2023 for all genders in the under 13 – under 18 teams, which play in the Football Victoria community leagues. Registrations are open. Community teams for all genders train on Wednesday and Friday nights from 7:00pm – 8:30pm with qualified and engaging coaches who focus on player development and team success. Training for all Miniroos, all Community boys and girls team has started from the 2nd February 2022.

Miniroos teams from U7 – U13 train on Wed ad Friday nights from 5:30pm – 6:45pm – register your interest here.

Community teams for all genders train from 7:00pm – 8:30pm- register your interest here for boys, girls & gender-diverse players here.

Our GO Soccer Mums social program for all women & gender diverse people over 16 is on Friday nights 5:45 – 6:45pm and Saturdays from 10 – 11am. Register here

We have a social soccer program for girls aged 5 – 12 on Saturday mornings 10 – 11am – register & find out more here.
For kids aged 5 and up we have partnered with Geniuses Football Academy to run fun football skills sessions, find out more and register here.
