We are excited to formally announce our partnership with KANO Football. KANO has previously worked with globally renowned educator Tom Byer both in Australia and Japan helping enhance and develop community football.
We are very excited to introduce Peter Catsourakis and Ehsan Popal as the team that will head up our MiniRoos Program.
Peter is a former Brunswick City product initially mentored by Rick Marchioli. Peter has extensive experience delivering MiniRoo Programs and NPL programs. Peter is also highly knowledgeable in coaches’ education with an FFA accredited license and completed his master’s degree in education.
Ehsan has extensive experience in coaching and playing football in NSW. His coaching journey has seen him deliver coaching programs across Asia and Australia. He founded KANO in July 2011 and has grown the program to have over 60 coaches deliver the program across Australia.
The program launches officially 23 October 2022 between 10am – 12pm. Ehsan and the team will present the program to parents and everything it entails. Following the program presentation, Ehsan and the team will get on the park and run a demonstration session where the children can participate, and parents can appreciate the detail and quality of the program.
