NPL Technical Director

We welcome Jonathan Sant back home to the club he loves as Technical Director of our Junior NPL Program.

Jono has extensive experience as Technical Director and Coaching Roles at NPL level for many years and most recently with A-League Melbourne City Football School/Select Squad (Pre-Adademy) Coordinator.

Since 2019, Jono has worked globally and domestically within the City Football Group at Melbourne and Manchester City programs from age 4 all the way through to senior men and women.

Jono has a passion for Football and most importantly he has a strong commitment to creating opportunities for youth development.

He is very aligned to the clubs’ values and our commitment to developing young footballers and also played his juniors years at Brunswick City.

Jono will also be working with our U23 and Senior Team and will ensure that we are implementing the same philosophy throughout our junior NPL, Miniroos and Community program to be aligned with the senior squad.
